You've read what we do. This page shows you who does it, how we actually work, and what makes a Wisdom Monk engagement different from everything else available.
Every trainer was selected for specific depth — not general capability. Each brings a distinct specialisation that maps to a specific communication challenge we solve.

Most advisory firms describe what they do. Few describe how. Here's the actual process — what happens at each stage and why it's designed that way.
Before we propose anything, we spend 30–45 minutes understanding the actual problem. Not the stated problem — the real one beneath it. We listen for what's not being said as much as what is.
Our CEFR-aligned, scenario-based diagnostic gives us an objective baseline. Participants aren't told their "score" — they receive a gap map with three specific development actions.
We design the programme after the diagnostic — never before. Every module, scenario, and roleplay is built around what the assessment revealed. Participants work on their actual gaps, not a curriculum we prepared in advance.
Sessions are practice-heavy, not lecture-heavy. The ratio is typically 30% framework, 70% application. Experts adjust in real-time based on how participants respond — not to a fixed slide deck.
Off-the-shelf assessments tell you personality type. Ours tells you exactly where your communication is losing you business.
How authority lands before words are finished. Whether a leader's manner creates confidence or doubt in the room.
Whether conversations produce decisions or noise. Whether the leader ends meetings with clarity or ambiguity.
Ability to move boards, investors, and clients. Converting sceptics. Creating certainty in rooms that need to say yes.
Clarity of logic under pressure. Whether ideas are communicated in ways that land cleanly or need repeated clarification.
How consistently the leader creates shared direction. Whether communication builds momentum or requires repeated follow-up to produce action.
A typical B2B engagement for a mid-size team. Timelines vary — this is illustrative of the depth and sequence.
30–45 min call with the engagement lead (typically HR Head, L&D, or Founder). We map the communication problem to a specific business consequence — not a general capability wish-list. We agree on success criteria before the engagement begins.
Each participant completes the 15–21 question scenario-based diagnostic. We analyse results across the team — identifying individual gaps and collective patterns. The programme design follows directly from this data.
We finalise the programme structure based on diagnostic results. Experts are briefed on the specific team profile. Industry-relevant scenarios and roleplays are built. This is the week we do the work that most firms skip.
Sessions run with a 30/70 framework-to-practice ratio. Participants spend most time in live exercises, not listening. Experts adjust in real-time. Feedback is immediate and specific — not a written report three days later.
A second diagnostic is run. We compare pre- and post-programme results to show what shifted and by how much. The engagement lead receives a summary that maps behavioural change to the business consequence we identified in Week 1.
No proposal before we understand the gap. No programme before we run the diagnostic. This isn't a policy — it's how we ensure what we build actually solves something.
Anyone can deliver a workshop and hand out a certificate. We compare pre- and post-diagnostic results to document exactly what changed in behaviour — and connect it to a business outcome.
We take on engagements where we're confident we can move the needle — not every enquiry that comes in. That selectivity is what keeps our delivery standard consistent across every client we work with.

Personalised advisory for leaders navigating high-consequence communication moments — board presentations, investor conversations, crisis communication, and leadership transition. Structured around the individual's specific gaps and calendar.
For leaders who are competent but not yet commanding. Builds the specific communication behaviours that create executive authority — decision-room presence, board-level clarity, high-stakes confidence.
Replaces instinct-led management communication with structured frameworks. Managers leave with consistent tools for team briefings, feedback conversations, and upward communication.
Builds workplace fluency, professional written communication, and spoken confidence — with CEFR benchmarks before and after. Designed for teams where communication quality directly affects client relationships.
Targeted interventions for specific communication challenges. Run standalone or as part of a sequenced programme. Each workshop begins with a 10-question diagnostic specific to the topic.
Every engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation. No proposal before context is established.
Tell us what's getting in the way — in a meeting, a presentation, a leadership team, or a specific conversation. We'll tell you whether we can help, and how.
